What is event bag tag printing?
We set up a card printer at your stand and print personalised bag tags on the spot. An attendee is photographed, and within moments they are handed a finished tag carrying their own portrait on one face and your brand on the reverse, on a strap they can clip straight to a bag.
Why print bag tags instead of handing out badges or lanyards?
A badge is worn for the length of the show and then thrown away. A bag tag has a use after the event, so it leaves the venue on a suitcase or a laptop bag and keeps your brand in circulation long after the stand has come down.
How long does one bag tag take to print?
Cards are printed live at the stand rather than produced in advance, so an attendee waits at the counter rather than coming back later. Exact throughput depends on the printer configuration and whether tags are single or double sided, and we size the setup to your expected footfall.
Can the tag carry our branding rather than a photo?
Yes. Either face can carry artwork. A common setup is the attendee portrait on the front and the client logo on the back, but full brand artwork on both faces works equally well for sponsor activations.
